THE ESTATE

Relax in pure luxury at Apraos Beach Estate, with high-end amenities, facilities and outdoor areas bathed in the Corfiot sunlight. The impressively large pool takes centre stage amongst a private and manicured garden.

Sleeping 16 people across 8 contemporary bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces, Apraos Beach Estate is the ideal place for large parties of family and friends to relax.

The estate features an internal and an external, spacious, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is spacious, bathed in natural light. It has a direct view of the large pool, the sea and the surrounding terraces.

The pool area is the reference point of the property. It lies between the seafront and the living room. The pool has a total water surface of 350m2, enough for both kids as well as adults to play, relax and enjoy the sun.

The estate’s elegant outdoors, offer a number of dining and seating options: next to the living room overlooking the pool and the sea or, under a covered terrace near the external kitchen.

LOCATION

In what is probably one of the most unique beaches of Corfu, Apraos is a sandy oasis along the long rugged coastline of the north-east, where Apraos Beach Estate, literally a few steps from the shoreline, offers a level of comfort and serenity like no other place on this island. With restaurants nearby and close to the popular town of Kassiopi, the estate is in the ideal location.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
