THE VILLA
The home is a two-story house made of stone found on the property that blends in well with the surroundings. The house's two en-suite double bedrooms are on the first floor. Both are similarly spacious and pleasant and because the en-suite facilities are on a different level than the main living room, the privacy provided by them is reinforced. In addition, each bedroom has a balcony with views of the swimming pool and the sea.
The ground floor is a large terrace with views of the sea, divided into two different dining areas, a kitchen, and a living room separated from the heated pool by a glass panel. A brick-built BBQ is also available in the yard, next to the swimming pool.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
