THE VILLA

The architecture at Villa Agalia is refined with elegant lines, incredible views, and an infinity pool overlooking the Ionian sea. Villa Agalia is very contemporary and well-decorated. The surroundings offer beautiful views and total privacy.

Villa Agalia is spread across 3 levels. Its design, the work of a renowned Parisian architect, mixes elegant clear and pure lines, a minimalist outlook with beautiful perspectives, and noble materials with natural fluidity between the indoor spaces.

The main entrance is located on the ground floor, an area dedicated to rest and relaxation. you will find 4 bedrooms of similar sizes (2 double beds and 2 twin beds), each with an en-suite shower room. Each bedroom has access to a common panoramic terrace with a sea view.

A marble staircase leads from the ground floor to the first where you will find a very bright living room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool, as well as a wonderful dining room.

The modern kitchen is located between these two spaces all leading to the outdoor balcony thanks to large sliding windows. The terrace offers an incredible view of the sea and Saint Spyridon lake.

The lower floor of the house offers a relaxing area with a gym and TV room. You will also find the bar area and table tennis area on the outdoor terrace.

The impeccable design of the magnificent infinity pool is without a doubt the most spectacular element of the house. Surrounded by sunbathed terraces, an outdoor dining table, and a kitchen area.

The rooftop terrace offers beautiful panoramic 360-degree views, ideal to watch the sunset and chill on the day beds.
