THE VILLA

The villa is set on a private, gated 40,000 sq. m. estate, with five nearby villas spaced about 100 meters apart—ideal for larger gatherings. This two-story home features two bedrooms, three bathrooms, a 100 m² terrace, lush gardens, and a 13 x 3-meter infinity pool. Built in 2023, Arcadia offers modern elegance and a seamless blend with nature.

Close to Agios Giordios Beach, only 4km away in Pentati on the West coast of Corfu with its stunning, panoramic views and incredible sunsets.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
