THE VILLA

A serene Venetian-inspired retreat in Corfu, boasting luxurious amenities, stunning views, and privacy. Perfect for a tranquil escape.

Nestled between Avlaki and Coyevinas, this villa boasts neo-classical architecture and modern comforts. A short stroll from multiple beaches, the house features a spacious terrace with a heated infinity pool. Inside, the villa offers a blend of informal elegance, eclectic furnishings, and art. The ground floor hosts a cozy sitting room, a well-equipped kitchen, and three en suite bedrooms with access to a covered veranda.

The master suite occupies the entire first floor with a private balcony. A sitting/TV room on the lower ground level adds extra comfort, adjacent to en suite bedroom. Pre-book chef service for a relaxing meal, and explore nearby dining options in Kassiopi and St. Stephano.

LOCATION

Finally, the lovely little bay below the house is a 120m walk from the garden gate and beautiful Coyevinas beach is just 200m from Villa Giorgos’ main gates, giving guests the best of all possible worlds.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
