This beautiful luxury villa consists of three floors:
– The first floor includes two living rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a bedroom with its own bathroom, and a guest WC.
– The second floor includes two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a huge veranda with sea views.
– The ground floor has two suites, each with a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and its own swimming pool.
Other areas in the house will include a gym, a massage room with a bathroom, and a professional kitchen. The outdoor area consists of a large 80 sq.m. swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, an outdoor bar, outdoor lounge, barbecue, and dining area.
There are also two separate one-bedroom suites, each with a swimming pool.

Villa Epavlis is located in Kommeno, a popular area only a short distance from Corfu Town. The Kommeno resort is one of the hidden gems of Corfu island, situated on a picturesque cape that shares its name, Kommeno. This idyllic cape is just a short distance away from the island’s capital, Kerkyra, approximately 10 kilometers. Visitors to Kommeno often find themselves transported to a place reminiscent of the movie ‘Blue Lagoon,’ as the local nature here is equally enchanting and captivating.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
