THE VILLA

The interior of Villa Green consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside areas offer many options; a shaded pergola with a large dining table, an outdoor barbecue, a rooftop balcony and sunbeds and deckchairs all around the infinity edge swimming pool.

The philosophy behind Villa Green was to blend in with the natural habitat. Reducing to the minimum the environmental impact by practicing eco-friendly techniques and using organic materials.

It has successfully maintained the natural beauty of the environment and incorporated the existing grand olive trees in our gardens.

LOCATION

Villa Green is situated in the north-eastern part of the island, only 3 kilometres from the coast. The entire villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Ionian sea stretching right across to the mountains of mainland Greece. Within 20 minutes walking distance is the coastal village of Ipsos, with it’s long beach and beautiful blue waters. It offers all the amenities that you may wish for with a large range of restaurants, tavernas, supermarkets, gift shops and watersports.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
