THE VILLA
Ilios V1 is the first villa of the Ilios Estate, there are two villas in total and can be rented separately or together.
Set among lush greenery on Corfu’s south-east coast, Ilios I is a beautifully considered three-bedroom villa offering a peaceful retreat just 600 metres from the beach and village of Agios Ioannis Peristeron. Built into the natural hillside, the villa combines contemporary comfort with a strong connection to its surroundings, creating a private and tranquil setting with breathtaking views across the Ionian Sea and surrounding mountains.
Inside, generous open-plan living and dining spaces flow into a fully equipped kitchen, while three individually designed bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Two bedrooms feature sea-view terraces, with the third set on a mezzanine level, and all bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and heating. Outside, a private infinity pool takes centre stage, overlooking the sea, with a spacious terrace for dining, lounging and enjoying the long Corfiot summer days.
Designed with a thoughtful approach to sustainability, Ilios I is seamlessly integrated into the landscape through its earth-sheltered construction, green roofs and use of natural materials. With high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and dedicated parking, the villa offers all the comforts of a modern holiday home while retaining a sense of calm, privacy and simplicity. Housekeeping is provided twice weekly, with linen, towels and pool towels changed, while guests are welcomed with a selection of luxury toiletries and a welcome basket.
LOCATION
Located in the South East area of Corfu, with stunning views over the Ionian Sea. The beach is only a short distance away as well as Benitses and Corfu Town.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
