THE VILLA
Ilios V2 is the first villa of the Ilios Estate, there are two villas in total and can be rented separately or together.
Ilios V2 offers an inviting escape surrounded by greenery, where indoor and outdoor living come together naturally. With panoramic views towards the Ionian Sea, the villa is designed around a spacious open-plan living area and generous outdoor spaces, making it an ideal choice for families or couples looking for privacy and a relaxed pace. The three-bedroom layout provides plenty of room to unwind, with two bedrooms opening onto sea-view terraces and a further bedroom located on the mezzanine level.
At the heart of the outdoor space is a private infinity pool overlooking the sea, complemented by comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas and an al fresco dining area. Inside, the villa is equipped for an easy, self-contained stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, heating and cooling, laundry facilities, Smart TVs and high-speed Wi-Fi. Located just 600 metres from the beach and local village, Ilios V2 offers the opportunity to enjoy Corfu's coastline while having a peaceful retreat to return to at the end of the day.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
