THE VILLA

Villa Loura is truly a home away from home. Thoughtfully designed with exquisite and unique pieces, you can feel the South African influence brought in by the owners. This distinctive house will make it hard for you to leave the island! Villa Loura features three bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests. On the ground level, you'll find an open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen, along with an en-suite bedroom that opens onto a deck leading outside. The outdoor space boasts covered verandahs all around, a pool measuring 8m by 3m, and an outdoor BBQ kitchen area. Upstairs, there are two additional en-suite bedrooms, each with private decks. In the basement, you'll discover a TV room, gym, laundry, wine cellar, and service rooms for storage.

LOCATION

Perched on the hill above Kouloura Bay in Viga with its sea views. Also, close to Avlaki and Agios Stefanos.

Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
