THE VILLA

Perched high above Kassiopi, Villa Nessya enjoys breathtaking panoramic views across the Ionian Sea to the Albanian mountains, with expansive glass and sliding doors flooding the interiors with light and framing the ever-changing scenery. The villa’s open-plan living space blends a relaxed lounge with a contemporary kitchen and dining area, flowing seamlessly onto generous terraces with a jacuzzi, shaded seating, and an outdoor cooking and dining area ideal for long sunset evenings, while a quiet reading corner offers a peaceful retreat in the garden. Just above, the private pool sits in an elevated position with its own bar and facilities, overlooking the rolling hills. With eight beautifully arranged bedrooms accommodating up to 18 guests, including luxurious suites with jacuzzi baths, Villa Nessya is perfectly suited to large families or groups, further enhanced by a cinema room, gym, massage room, and additional kitchen. Combining privacy with convenience, the villa is just a short distance from Kassiopi’s vibrant centre and nearby beaches, making it an exceptional base for exploring Corfu’s north-east coast.
