THE VILLA

Villa Terra is a contemporary sanctuary set in the hills of Vasilika, Perithia, offering sweeping sea and mountain views across northern Corfu. Designed with natural elegance and comfort in mind, the villa spans two levels and sleeps up to eight guests in four stylish bedrooms, each with sea views and modern bathrooms. Spacious living and dining areas flow into a fully equipped kitchen, while large glass doors open to an expansive terrace with a private infinity pool, outdoor lounge and dining spaces, and a complete outdoor kitchen. A heated hydromassage, aqua gym equipment, and open-air fitness area create a private wellness retreat surrounded by nature. Corfu is one of Greece’s greenest islands, so there is a mix of rain and glorious sunshine. The warmest months of the year are July and August, approximately 31°C. May and June are very pleasant with temperatures ranging from 23 to 28°C and the sea is usually warm enough to swim in by June, and the average rainfall decreases at the end of May. Equally, September and October are a great time to go with cooler temperatures, perfect for walks, runs or hiking.
